1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is incomplete or missing accessories
- Your item is not as described
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Personal care items (e.g., hygiene products)
- Underwear, innerwear, or socks
- Perishable items (food, snacks, etc.)
- Items marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling

3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@khareedaar.com or through the Live Chat.
- Provide your Order Number, product photo, and reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request within 24 hours.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds for cash orders will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, based on your preference.
- Refunds for online payments will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–7 working days after approval.
5. Exchanges
You may request an exchange for:
- Size issues
- Color issues
- Wrong or defective product
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or provide store credit/refund.
6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting customer support.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.
7. Delivery Charges
- Return shipping is free if the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item).
- If the return is due to customer choice (e.g., changed mind), return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
